Pre-Registration for Early Childhood Preschool and Kindergarten

Please fill out the following Google Form for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year if you have any potential 3 year old preschool students, 4 year old preschool students, or kindergarten students.

**Note Change for the 2026-2027 school year.   Centura will be offering an AM and PM session for both age levels.  So this means we will have one classroom for 1st year students and one classroom for 2nd/3rd year students.   On the form you will be asked to please indicate your preference for AM or PM session for your student.   While we cannot guarantee placement preferences, we will make every effort to accommodate requests while maintaining balanced class sizes and staying within capacity to best support all students.
